100 Series

The 100 Series features basic paging and announcement functionality. Its wizard-driven configuration provides a step-by-step approach for designing systems suitable for hotels, restaurants, retail spaces and other applications where simple paging and message playback is required. The 100 Series can route up to 14 channels of background music (BGM), 12 microphone stations and two .wav file message playback channels to up to 128 output zones. There are two paging microphone options for the 100 Series, the flush mount four-button paging station (FM-704) or the desktop 15-button paging station (DT-715). The number of buttons for the DT-715 desktop paging station can be expanded using the optional 10-button expansion device (DTE-710). The buttons on the DT-715 desktop paging station and DTE-710 expansion device are fully programmable, allowing assignment of source selection, zone or zone group selection, volume up / volume down and message playback. The 100 Series uses a dedicated Paging Delivery Controller (PDC) which provides system control, fault reporting and user activity logging. A full 128 output zone system uses two DSP devices, where each DSP device handles up to 64 output channels when connected to PDP-BOB output expansion devices. Optional Crown CT16s devices facilitate automatic backup amplifier switching. Interfacing to external systems is achieved through General Purpose Inputs / Outputs (GPIO) on the DSP devices and Crown CT16s.

200 Series

The 200 Series represents an advanced announcement system, typically used for convention centers, stadiums, arenas, casinos, hospitals and other facilities where higher channel counts are required. This system provides the capability for 16 messaging channels as well as store and forward functionality, assembled messages and automatic Ambient Noise Compensation (ANC). The 200 Series uses the HiQnet London Architect and ECIPSX software applications to provide a fully customizable communication solution. The 200 Series can route an unlimited number of background music (BGM) channels and microphone stations to up to 256 output zones. There are three paging microphone options for the 200 Series, the desktop touch screen paging station (DT-720), the flush mount four-button paging station (FM-704) or the desktop 15-button paging station (DT-715). The number of buttons for the DT-715 desktop paging station can be expanded using the optional 10-button expansion device (DTE-710). The buttons on the DT-715 desktop paging station and DTE-710 expansion device are fully programmable. The 200 Series uses a dedicated controller which provides system control, fault reporting and user activity logging. A full 256 output zone system uses four DSP devices, where each DSP device handles up to 64 output channels when connected to PDP-BOB output expansion devices. Optional Crown CT16s devices facilitate automatic backup amplifier switching. Interfacing to external systems is achieved through General Purpose Inputs / Outputs (GPIO) on the DSP devices and Crown CT16s.

300 Series

The 300 Series provides all of the functionality of the 200 Series but adds visual paging, text-to-speech, page activity logging, an unlimited number of output zones and increases messaging capability to 64 messaging channels. A RAID 5 server is used to meet the redundancy requirements for projects requiring adherence to the EN-54 specification.

400 Series

The 400 Series provides all of the functionality of the 300 Series but adds custom data integration for applications such as those within the transportation industry. Redundant RAID 5 servers are used and can be set up in failover mode for highest security. Interfacing with Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS) and Passenger Information Display Systems (PIDS) is a customizable feature of the 400 Series.
